Common questions
Short answers, with links to the full detail. Anything else, ask us directly.
Make an enquiry →Are these products for human use?
No. Every compound is supplied strictly for laboratory research to research organisations. Each label carries the line RESEARCH USE ONLY · NOT FOR HUMAN USE, and we do not supply individuals.
What testing does each lot receive?
Every production lot goes to an independent laboratory for purity (HPLC), identity (MS), endotoxin (LAL), sterility (USP <71>) and heavy-metal (ICP-MS) assays before release. The full assay table is on the certificate.
Where do I find the COA for my vial?
Each vial label carries a lot number. Once the register is live, entering it opens the full certificate: chromatogram, assay table, testing laboratory and dates. Until then, request current paperwork and we send it directly.
Do you really publish failed lots?
Yes. When a lot fails testing it stays on the register with the reason it failed. The register launches alongside our first public certificates.
